Ohhh myyy gawwdd!! It’s Thanksgiving already and then Christmas follows! Where did the time go? Really? It seems like I just moved moved to Orlando, moved again, and then moved again! Lose me? I lost me too! BUT all that matters is that I am finally back in my permanent home and I really hope I don’t have to move again for awhile. This weekend will be spent putting away the final details of the move and organizing the closets and cabinets. I also have a gazillion and one pictures to hang. w00t!
Now, Thanksgiving is next week and I will be back in Tampa. We’re going to have a FULL house of at least 28 people. (WOWZA) And that’s just immediate family and a few relatives. I have a huge family.
Haven’t decided what I want to do for Black Friday yet…. Maybe go grab some good deals with money I don’t have. Maybe stay in and decorate a Christmas tree, hang some lights… and drink some Eggnog!
This weekend I will have to find all the Thanksgiving deals and sales and prep for them. Just in case I go shoopppinngg!!!
What is everyone else doing for Turkey day? (Or Tofurkey Day for the Vegetarians).
Woo! Made it safely back from Tampa. Woke up bright and early (6:30am) yesterday morning to drive to Tampa for a doctors appointment that went well.
I wasn’t planning on staying so long but when I went and visited my parents house I got a phone call from my twin sister, Karee, who wanted to go to the mall with me. So, off to the mall we went, shopped til we dropped.
Mucho fun time together. We got matching strapless sun dresses…well, almost matching, hers is blue and mine is pink but same design going on.
After shopping it was lunch at Taco Bell and then chilling on the back patio with the parentals….the chillin’ turned in to sharing some OMG stories! haha. The stuff you find yourself sharing with your parents as you get older is AMAZING! So funny. We were having so much fun, we called my aunt, uncle, and cousin to come join us. Definitely a fun time and definitely some funny stories shared. Needless to say it was around 11pm before my aunt and uncle left and we had been enjoying alcoholic beverages so there was no driving back to Orlando for me last night.
Fast foward to the drive back today… Rain, Rain, and more RAIN! Top speed on I-4 was like, 25mph because you couldn’t see a foot in front of you it was pooring so hard. But then, as always you have the jackasses that drive like maniacs still and weave in and out of traffic trying to get to point B quicker than everyone else…and of course those people end of causing accidents and slowing EVERYONE down even more. Ugh.
Anyways, It’s almost 8pm and the Orlando Magic are playing again tonight. Hopefully they have redeemed themselves and stay in the game tonight. GO MAGIC!
OH! Remind me to share the pic with you of the boo boo that I put on my car.
My poor baby!
